Let's turn your practice upside down and overcome the fear!
No matter if you are new or already able to do inversions, define and refine your technique.
Students will explore a Headstand practice that includes safe progressions as well as drills that support proper position and the safe way to move into and out of the poses.
Everyone is welcome! Come build your upper back, shoulders and core stability whilst developing your skills and confidence in the centre of a room.

Session 1: inversion Workshop
5 December (Saturday) 2:30pm - 5:00pm
This workshop will explore the process and benefits of inversion and variation practices.
Whether you are experienced or hoping to step into variations of your practice, there's something to be learned.
Part 1: Learn how to get into different inversion safely - come into inversion using the wall and key success factors to do the pose away from the wall.
Part 2: Transition variations of different inversion - inversion has many benefits: improve brain function, strengthen upper back muscles and core.
Session 2: Arm Balance Workshop
6 December (Sunday) 2:00pm - 4:00pm
The fundamentals and foundations of balancing on your hands and learning different variations. How to get into the pose, stay and exit the pose.
Arm balances are empowering yoga postures that help us build strength, balance, confidence and concentration. They’re also fun and, let’s face it, they look pretty cool too!
